The woman working the desk when I checked out was personable.

The girl who checked us in wasn't friendly. I felt like I was an imposition. She had no cheer at all. There were several hairs on the bathroom floor. I wiped them up before we used it. And then kept my slippers on. Made me question if the carpet had been cleaned. I didn't complain about the hair because it was supposed to be a special night for my son. I didn’t want to upset him (he has a disability). At breakfast it was very, very cold due to the door being open for a delivery. Just not a good stay.

Bed was comfortable.Free basic breakfast at adjoining restaurant.

Lights were all very dim; hard to see in room. Loud in room & louder from people walking by all night. Room was definitely dated.

This is a very nice hotel. It was quiet and you didn’t hear anything from the hall. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast at the restaurant is always good. Only issue is that they don’t have an elevator and I heard a few people complaining about that. It would have been nice but walking the steps didn’t hurt either.
