Location was great, breakfast lousy. Who want to eat the same thing everyday? I was there for a week and everyday was the same thing, someday the sausage and potatoes looked like they re-heat them and they always moped the floor during breakfast why?

No elevators and no one to help with luggage upstairs even after I asked for a first floor room mind you I'm 64 years old. Your front desk person showed no care in the world. If I arrived earlier in the day, I would have gone somewhere else.

Very clean, staff very courteous

Minor inconvenience. Didn't plan well, having 2 pool parties scheduled that day. There were NO towels available in the pool area and no extra towels available for in the room either by afternoon. Possible solutions could be to request attendees to bring own beach towels from home or distribute towels upon sign in or upon request during pool parties.
