Staff very nice, room was clean.

Would of liked more than one pillow for 4 people in a room. And also more than 2 large bath towels.

Did not use it. Too early and not convenient.

When we checked in on Friday the entrance #2 from the parking lot had dog dirt on the floor inside the entrance. We told the front desk but nothing was done. Finally Saturday evening we told a lady at the front desk and later that night it was cleaned up. On Saturday morning at 7am a dog was barking continually in the next room. We called the front desk they did nothing. We called again and they did nothing!! The TV cable is terrible. All second rate programs no espn, Fox News.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The sausage was too salty and not good. Being in Wisconsin, I expected more dairy products. There was no fruit. The coffee was satisfactory. An elevator would have been nice also.

I didn't like that we had to go up the stairs with heavy suitcases, and no one (two people at the desk) offered to help.

it’s very big and spacious

the pool was extremely dirty and all the outside guest take up the pool from the paying guest who are staying at the hotel so we have to wait to swim and by that time it’s filthy

Good price for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is clean, and the mattress was just the right firmness. We slept well.
