"Main Stay Hotel Review"

I give this hotel a 8 out of 10.....the wifi is horrible and All the rooms doesn't have mirrors. The room we had at first only had one mirror so it was kinda hard for women to get dressed with only one mirror but I explained that to the kind lady at the front desk and she switched us to another room with a mirror with no problems but other than that our stay was great and it was a very reasonable price and they kept it pretty cleaned but please do something about the wifi but other than that I will be staying there again.

"No hot water during our two day stay"

We arrived on a Thursday evening and checked out Sat morning-we had NO HOT WATER the whole time we were there they were blaming the city for having some gas issue. I requested the toilet seat to be tightened and for the toilet paper holder to be fixed…there was a big hole in the wall. They made no attempt to make those repairs. The room was clean, AC worked very well. Breakfast items were poorly stocked.

"Poor customer service "

The customer service I received was absolutely horrible. I was never greeted never felt welcomed. When you walk in, the staff have a look on their face as if you just walked into their home uninvited. When asking for my ID to verify my debit card info, the lady acted as if she had to double and triple confirm my identity. I’m not a criminal and I don’t appreciate being treated or reacted to as such. I’ve stayed here before, before the pandemic. And I have never been treated like this.

"Loud AC"

The room is clean but amenities are very limited. The ac in our room was noisy. I complained to the front desk but she said she can’t do anything about it, I ask for a new room but she said everything is occupied. I asked if a maintenance guy can check it, she said, they don’t have one until the next day. Food was very basic, fruits like banana & apples are old.
