"Kinda didn’t feel safe"

Front desk was kinda rude, room smelled like cigarettes for it being non smoking , the conjoining rooms felt a bit scary

I liked how the door was halfway off the hinges and the air choked of cigarette smoke when we walked in. I did NOT like the unidentified sticky stains that glued the phone to the receiver. I also did NOT like the different weird blood stains on the sheets and holes/deterioration in the wall. The fridge did not work and when asked to be rebooked, Expedia told me to stay in the room if I didn’t have enough money for another one because my refund was unavailable. Subpar experience and the customer service number made the situation slightly worse rather than resolved. We stayed otp with Expedia for 2 hours just for them to tell us the same thing while we were in an uncomfortable situation and then further proceeded to tell us how they don’t have a QA or higher ups that we could speak to about resolving the issue. When I asked for the number to HQ, we were told to wait and then being provided with the same number we called and telling us it’s HQ, we then saw the REAL number for Expedia HQ and they declined our call and tried to say they could only compensate with a 25$ gift card and that we’d need to come out of pocket if we wanted any accommodations or room changes because the “refund is already processing” even though we only had money for the room for that night. Several biohazards in the room where we didn’t even want to sit down and this is supposed to be a place with a cleaning crew. Below subpar and completely unacceptable. I did not enjoy my time here, don’t waste yours.

"Extremely disappointing"

This is a disappointment of an establishment. How they have not been shut down is astonishing! The room given (room 105) looked like it had never been cleaned, the “pillow cases” had burn holes. The pillows were brown stained from how old and dirty they were. The sheets smelled dirty, the floor, mirror and bathroom were disgusting. Not including the roaches crawling on the floor! We were in a “non smoking” room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I got a headache with the smell just walking in. This motel is a serious health hazard, especially for kids! We tried to get a refund and it was denied. It is extremely sad how they think it’s okay to let their customers stay in these kind of living conditions.

"Filthy Rooms!"

Terrible hotel, dirty room and the restroom was the worse one .TV wasn’t working, the first hotel I’ve stayed in San Antonio that didn’t have a phone in the room .i had payed for two night , after my first night I left to a different hotel.
