Room was very humid, the walk in shower head was crudely done, hole in the wall, room had a musty odor, prolly due to the humidity in room, room was poorly painted.

What is stated above. The humidity room. The poorly constructed shower head.

The room was very humid, and when we went for breakfast there were beer boxes by the door & throw up in front and around the area to get in the main lobby.

Christine was excellent we had two rooms booked and were there for a family emergency. The other guests that were to have the other room were not comfortable leaving the hospital. Setting up hospice for our aged grandmother. She took care of canceling the second room for us and processed the refund. She was excellent and such a blessing in such a trying time. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was lacking as advertised as waffles and eggs and sausage and bacon with pastries and it was not the case. The day we left a large group was there and they did have waffles for making but the rest was packaged and cereal.
