La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Killeen - Fort Hood

I wasn't expecting for the hotel to be so run down. I stepped on a board in the bathroom and urine began to rise through the floor.

Estaba limpio, pero la calidad de la tela de las cortinas estaba bastante deteriorado a un la estructura de la habitación. Era para cobrar un poco menos dormí poco por el ruido que había afuera que se metía en la habitación, el cual deberían de mejorar para que el que se quede como yo para descansar de un viaje pueda descansar bien sin ruidos del exterior

Waffles slightly sour. There was no bacon.

It was very noisy and there was fighting and yelling in the front of our room for most of our stay. The bathroom tub & ceiling had mildew and smelled. The bathroom door bath was broken and would not close. The tub is too tall to get into. The overall property was not set up for elderly and/or handicap individuals. Further there is NO elevator on property.

I enjoyed the free breakfast and the cleaning lady took care of my room. The staff was friendly and understanding of my needs.

I liked the location, very conveniently across the street from a Wal-Mart, and also has a Mexican Restaurant just caddy cornered across the other side of the parking lot as well. I also LOVED the (forgive me, I'm assuming: The night Manager(?) Wife(?), she was EXTRAORDINARILY and EXTREMELY helpful and attentive,...and dare I say DEDICATED to try and help my husband and I fix the television in our room.

While the (Night Manager(?)---The gentleman that checked us in and made our room key), really didn't seem too bothered, worried, nor showed any interests in hearing about anything "wrong" with our television, nor offered to come up and at least take a look at what we were trying to explain. NOR would he allow us to get a different room. Luckily, The EXTRAORDINARILY woman overheard, and offered to come up to our room, just to at LEAST lay eyes on what exactly the issue we were having was. And she DID help, AND SOLVE our issues with that matter. She was DEDICATED!!!!AN HALF HOUR later and she was able to get it solved and working for us.
