Equus Inn Ocala

Great value! Breakfast varies per day, so some days better than others. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they REALLY need to put gaskets around the doorframes. Light, sound, and outside air comes in from between the outside doors and their frames. Also, the plantation shutters don’t block out much light. If you need it dark, bring something to tuck over the top of the shutters to block out the lights in the walkways.

Our favorite place to stay whenever we go to Ocala. Love the atmosphere and the Horse theme throughout. Rooms are exceptional clean, as well as the entire Hotel complex. Beds are very comfortable and the 3 pillows each are a welcome change to other Hotels. Amenities are plentiful. The pool, the courtyard with the fireplace invites you to hang out in the evening. Breakfast has everything you need to get your day started. The front desk is present and happy to help. Very reasonable prices as well. All in all can’t recommend enough.

Staff is nice and pleasant, rooms and eating area was clean. We asked for an extra pillow and there were 2 waiting for us in the room with a little decorative towel animal .. nice little things make it a nice stay. A nice simple place to stay for the price

Rooms were incredibly clean. Service staff was incredible. The grounds were amazing beautiful fire pit area with covered area. Beautiful place would highly recommend.

Very nice remodeled motel. Ww stayed there with two small dogs. Kim checked us in. She was very nice & pleasant and gave us a room on the first floor, which was convenient for us & our dogs. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Check out was very easy. The property was easy to get to off I-75 and had plenty of parking. It was close to many restaurants & shopping. We will definitely stay there again.

This stay was good ...front desk personnel were quick and efficient with an issue that arose... overall another good stay ..I would recommend this Inn for comfort, location and value.

Excellent value. The facilities and amenities were very good for the price point. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the included breakfast was a welcome addition. I would definitely stay here again.

Great motel. TV kept freezing which was annoying because we were watching baseball finals but everything else was great.

We stayed on a Wednesday night for just one night. My husband had a surgery on his ankle that day and we booked an accessible room . I cannot tell you enough about how nice EVERYTHING was from start to finish. Kim at the front desk made our check in extremely easy. A young man named Chris helped us with our door, restaurant directions AND brought extra pillows to the room. He would not accept a tip. How rare it is to find that kind of employee. The room was clean and pretty perfect. Great bed and bedding. Totally updated. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror in our room. The pool looked beautiful and inviting along with a beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing.
