Best Western Plus Fenton

Our room was large, clean and comfortable.

Kids loved the indoor pool. We loved breakfast, nachos and ice cream bar. They also had washer and dryer available.

Pool was not heated.

Room never got cleaned while we were there for 5 days and we had to continue to take towels down and request new ones

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful had lots of choices. Had evening ice cream with toppings and nacho and cheese with chili if you like. Clean and very comfortable room.

Was a little confusing how to get to location at first, but was easy to get around after that, some of the side streets were closed off but you could still get where you needed to go.

I am appalled by the lack of care shown by your staff after my daughter was injured by glass on your premises. Not only was there zero effort to accommodate us or check on her wellbeing, but the staff’s demeanor was accusatory and cold. To make matters worse, we became aware that another family reporting a similar safety issue received a discounted stay, while our concerns were dismissed. This unequal treatment and lack of basic empathy is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. I expect a formal response regarding this safety lapse and the poor service that followed.
