"Room was ok but the thief was a horrible experience. Never stay there again."

I stayed 3 nights during Jazz Fest and Valet parked and when I got home the next day I was getting some quarters out of change holder in center console when I saw the whole thing had been taken out along with a firefighter pocket knife that belong to my fire fighter son who passed away last year, also multi purpose tool, a pad lock and keys to my 2 storage units and some paper work with my name and address on it. also some sun glasses out of my glove box. I called the front desk and they said they couldnโ€™t do nothing about it..

Location was ideal. Breakfast Buffet was a plus. Accommodations were very comfortable. We have been attending "Jazzfest" for almost 20 years and stayed at the "Doubletree in the past(not recently, until this year). We will return next year.

The rain!!! We attended on Friday and were unable to return on Saturday-Tickets only good for one day. Sponsors, City, Venues should have some consideration, contingency, in place, for attendees.
