Did you ever hear the statement "If you can't say something nice about someone, just say nothing at all?" I'm going to employ that adage here.

Very clean and spacious room. From reservation to check in and out was very smooth. The hotel lobby is very big and clean and smell AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC! Great food options within walking distance

The day I checked in, I was assisted by a tall young man who was quite friendly. He completed my check-in, but he did not explain certain important details, such as how often housekeeping service is provided. He only handed me a small paper stating that breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. After that, he placed the hold on my credit card and I went to my room. Everything was fine until nighttime. When I tried to sleep in room 107, the noise from the air conditioning unit every time the compressor started was unbearable. I tried to tolerate it during the first night, but on Friday morning I requested a room change, and that is when I met Ms. Pooja. From the very first moment, she was incredibly helpful, extremely service-oriented, had an excellent attitude, and resolved everything very quickly. Yesterday, Saturday afternoon, I was attended at the front desk by Mr. Pavan, who was not friendly, not helpful, and showed absolutely no customer service skills. I approached him because housekeeping had not been done, and he told me that I, as a guest, should already know that housekeeping is only provided for stays longer than three nights. I explained to him that while that may be the policy, nobody informed me about it during check-in. Additionally, I am staying four nights total, because on the day of check-in I specifically informed the hotel that I had one reservation for three nights and another separate reservation for a fourth night, and I asked for them to be consolidated, which apparently was never done. He kept repeating that it was my responsibility as a customer to know how these hotels operate and that I should already understand the policy, which is simply not true. As a guest, I do not have the obligation to know the policies of every hotel unless they are properly communicated to me. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to continue the conversation because his tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This morning I was once again assisted by Ms. Pooja, and once again the experience was excellent. She was kind, proactive, professional, and genuinely focused on helping at all times. Pooja is amazing.
