"Great location and service"

Loved the location with a stop right in front for the St. Charles Streetcar! Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The only negative for me was the firmness of the mattress. A big plus was the front desk staff, specially India.

"Shower clogged"

I stay in room 616 and we had to stand in ankle length water during every shower. We told the receptionist on Saturday 5th and we checked out on the 7th and we still stood in ankle length water. Please have someone to clear the clog
