They do have a pool , but the only problem is it was down when we were there.

Close to Portland Expo Center

The coffee maker was broken. The TV was slanted because it only had one set of leg bases. The fridge had a missing leg. The hair dryer didn't work. Only had 1 large towel.

The staff and the America's best value inn is amazing. They are wonderful and friendly other guests were kind and courteous

Even though I called before reserving the hotel, to make sure the pool was available the pool was closed when I arrived. We also had ants in our hotel room though. We did leave the birthday cake out on the table overall the hotel room was clean and after cleaning up the cake the ants did calm down The staff was extremely friendly and made up for the lack of amenities overall a great stay for a good price

"I WOULD RECONSIDER YOUR STAY AT AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN,"

Mcdonalds was across the street ,that's it for the likes

Absolutely Nightmare Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. I was moved four times because the conditions were so poor. Between a broken shower and a mattress that was so worn down it had a giant "body-shaped" crater in it, the furniture was clearly decades past its prime. The worst part was the smell—it was a heavy, alarming scent of decay. The state of the mattress and the odor were so bad it made me question the safety and history of the room. Management offered no help, so I left and demanded my money back.
