The front desk staff were awesome and friendly. The area was great and close to the coliseum which was the reason why we were there.

The room had a stale smell. There were toys and trash under ther pull out sofa and they were noticed when you are pulling the bed out. The shower walls couldve been scrubbed a lot better. There were guys outside on the patio area that were super loud being as our room was just above the patio area. You could hear them as if they were in the room with us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The property was not clean and smelled musty, the hallway, elevators and rooms were not up to holiday inn express expectations. My bathtub was dirty, my pillow had stains on them hallway was dirty and smelled musty and wet

Convenient location, very clean, most friendly staff we’ve encountered in quite a while. Cannot say enough about them!

It’s a little loud at night due to highway noise but once asleep I didn’t notice it.
