Econo Lodge Amarillo East

This was our go to for over night stays, but it is starting to feel a little rundown.

The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and bedding. The Hallway rugs need to be cleaned.

The rooms were very nice and clean but felt the breakfast could have a little more variety, like some kind of juice, some fruit and maybe some yogurt.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the room condition was not the best. The light switch was very loose and did not seem to have a great connection, the first time we turned the light on it flickered and went out. The shower door did not close all the way and the glass was coming off of the door frame. There were also some pretzel crumbs on the floor next to the bed when we got there.

Their staff on front when we check out she was inconvenienced. They had breakfast and we arrived on 9 o'clock but the breakfast was not good. no egg or sausage. no cheese or Juice . Hot water and coffee was cold! Also service room was coming inside without knocking the door!!! We will not back in there. Services were not qualified.

The so called “breakfast “ is ridiculous. Don’t expect much.

The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. My only disappointment was how loud the traffic was I-40. The windows did not seem to have a good seal so the noise was pretty loud

It was very quiet. Staff was very helpful and nice. Enjoyed waffles for breakfast:)

The lady that was working the front desk was amazing very polite and happy

Great room for the price, fairly newly renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Room was very clean, although hallways, lobby and common areas could be a bit cleaner. All in all very good, affordable stay.
