Meet or exceeded expectations, which admittedly weren't high--not downtown and close to my son's house.

No coffee in the room. Very disappointing. I don't want to have to get dressed to go to lobby for coffee first thing in the morning. Bonus question about getting an invoice--I still don't have one. I got a text saying it would be emailed to me. But it wasn't. Not critical for me, but may be for business travelers.

Would not recommend

Very rude and not a good experience. Shuttle driver yelled at us and my kids and refused to give us a ride to the airport because we didnโ€™t know we had to sign in before we waited outside. Then the โ€œmanagerโ€ started yelling at me when I asked what was going on and told us we couldnโ€™t ride in the shuttle. Very rude and disrespectful
