"Acceptable for 1 night stay."

There was a storm the afternoon that we arrived. There was no electricity and no back up lighting to arrive to our room…it seemed like they had no back up plan. The receptionist was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was acceptable. Thank you.

No preparation for the storm.

The breakfast was good and the ac was cold.

From the moment we walked in we knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. Lobby and elevator smelled terrible. Took over 10 minutes to get the front desk staff to check us in because they were at the pool. The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains from blood and other bodily fluids. The shower was gross. And the toilet got clogged simply from peeing. Even though the entire
