Nice room and facilities. Great view.

Security and staff calling my room and then opening my door 15 seconds later to check to see if the phones worked while I was still sleeping was inconvenient and invasive.

No free wifi, no USB ports in the room, front desk staff were particularly unfriendly, and I wouldn't have stepped foot in that shower.

The area is very convenient to the things we came to do

Check in was at 4pm and we had somewhere to be by 5 and we weren't checked in until almost 5pm and not given any reason besides waiting for clean rooms that should have already been prepared because we paid for 4pm. Our plans were delayed and we ending up being late to our venue

Very comfy & clean. I also appreciated that it was smoke free. I ordered In room dining, and it was very quick for delivery to our room. Food was yummy. Checkout was simple and easy.

Valet service when we arrived was a little unpleasant. My Husband didnt realize he left his phone in the car, we went down to speak to valet guy that night. Valet attendant was the only guy, so he was in a rush, but we ended up not retrieving my husbands phone from the car since Attendant was clearly distressed. Scanning the QR code to figure out time for breakfast downstairs (I did not end up finding it)I got confused as I couldnt rememberif front desk said breakfast was complimentary or not. I also tried to check out "Current" online for reserving (without the app). Process was super confusing so I ended up deciding to order in room dining.
