Not very accommodating and friendly especially the Manager!IThe Manager wants me to pay another $116 for my 5 year old son eventhough I told her that my son will sleep with us and I dont have problem with other hotels in Paris and Interlaken but this Manager doesnt allow us and wants us to pay $116. I told the Agoda that i will cancel my booking but the Agoda representative stated that the Manager doesnt approve the cancellation and I dont have a choice but to continue my booking and add the $116 instead of looking for another hotel. So if you have family please think twice before you book this hotel.We will only stay for a night in this hotel because our flight going back to US is at 7am in the morning and we leave the hotel around 5am. It ruined our vacation indeed.
