Non è gestita bene, mancavano gli asciugamani, li abbiamo dovuti richiedere e ce ne hanno dati due piccoli, la colazione era molto scarsa con caffè e qualche merendina preconfezionata

I was greeted by the receptionist with a nice smile. I have a checking in and getting into my room I noticed as I unlock the door that the door was not securely stable as I enter the room I can smell dust. I had to go purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the room this room, the bed was uneven from the bed frame, so I bumped my leg majority of the night getting in and out of the bed. Also, the microwave was outdated and rusted. The refrigerator was full of hair after they wiped it down. The roaches live under the bed in the bed frame. The bathroom tub was rusted. The water was brown. The safe inside the room was outdated. There was mold in the door jams going around the door framing of the bathroom. The floor was not mopped nor swept. There was only one set of towels for one person, but it was a two person occupancy. I purchased Roach spray & cleaning supplies. The door safety latch was missing so you couldn’t bolt the door at night , we had to put the table behind the door at night to be safe. This hotel is for people who is contractors and ladies of night. This location isn’t for hard working people that goes to bed at 9:30. I give this hotel a 3 star rating

The room had no soap, tissue paper and towels. The floors were dirty. No phone to call front desk and when calling from my phone no one answered. I couldn’t go to another hotel because they were all booked up

Needs to be shutdown or renovated ASAP. My experience this past weekend was horrible and I will NOT book again. Customer service is excellent, however, rooms are NOT clean, roaches everywhere, crickets everywhere, and walls are dirty, moley, and dusty. Also the microwave and fridge had severe rust and looked extremely dirty and smelled sour like it needed cleaning. Ran a bathtub full of water and the water had a dark yellow and brownish look like it was pure sewage water. Also, the room did not have an iron to iron my clothes and remotes for the tv did not work. Towels were not stocked as well. All of this to say, I believe this hotel has potential to be great, but serious renovations are needed to ensure visitor’s experience in Greenville is a good one. Unfortunately, I feel I did not get my money’s worth. If any additional info is needed feel free to reach out to me via email.

Not one darn thing this place was like a horror movie or nasty scene.

Everything our Rooms was nasty and infested with bugs and it was nasty.mold on wall and sink Dusk and dirt everywhere !!!
