The breakfast was good and the location was great.

I stayed here within a week apart and both times (separate rooms) were stale smelling. Bathrooms and rooms could use an update

"Would not stay again due to rude manager"

Great location to walk throughout the city

Manager on staff was rude and website states early check in available. I booked and noted extremely far in advance we would need early check in due to flying in, but did not happen. Manager noted on phone and to other guest multiple times that people arrived “very very very” early excessively pointing it out which made us feel very uncomfortable as it was out of our control when the planes arrive

Da localização

Da cobrança do estacionamento, do funcionário Issac, responsável pela reposição do café da manhã. Faltava tudo e quando abri a porta para a cozinha para solicitar yogurt, o mesmo estava no celular e ainda chamou minha atenção por abrir a porta de acesso exclusivo para os funcionários. Depois de 30 minutos após solicitar o yogurt, o mesmo com toda a ignorância jogou os yogurts na geladeira e começou a fazer a reposição de tudo, nem pratos tinham mais. Péssimo funcionário que acaba destruindo a imagem do hotel
