A 40 minute walk into the old town. Not much choice of restaurants near the hotel.

"Great hotel, great location"

Grand and regal, felt very colonial . The breakfast buffet was exceptional and with a lovely terrace to have your breakfast on. Busses to take you round the town just outside the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was very big, so you could get lost.

"Classy Hotel"

Very good staff on reception. The hotel and it's gardens are absolutely stunning.There are a number of places to eat within the hotel including a Michelin starred restaurant, which I would recommend. The roof top bar and pool is a lovely oasis of calm through the day

"Almost perfect"

Room had inadequate storage space. Had to ask for extra hangers. Was suggested a hanging rail but there was no space. Quite noisy at weekends due to conferences and wedding bookings.
