Great old hotel with lots of history and despite being big with few areas to just be and relax. The rooms were impeccable! The reception staff very friendly and efficient! The quality of the breakfast buffet and lunch was very good

The restaurant staff was also friendly, however the efficiency at both breakfast and lunch (organisation, awareness of guests having needs, time from arriving to being attended and timing of taking orders) could definitely be very much improved. As vegetarian I would like to suggest to include a few more vegetarian choices in the snack and lunch (probably also for dinner) menues

We loved the balcony and view from our room. We enjoyed both terraces and the pool very much. Breakfast had a large selection of pastries, eggs, meat and cheeses, and loads of delicious fresh fruit. Coffee varieties, mint tea, and juices. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
