I was looking for an inexpensive, no frills, clean room in a safe neighborhood. That's exactly what I got. Everything was clean and well maintained, although interior hallway lighting was a bit dim. The staff was very friendly. This is a neighborhood of motels with a selection of take out and eat in restaurants within a block of the motel. The north side of the building is amazingly quiet in the evening considering how close it is to a street. I don't know about the side of the building facing the parking lot and US-30.

We needed something very basic, but clean and comfortable. That’s exactly what we had with this property. Pre check in was smooth through a text message. The staff members were polite and friendly. No problems getting another key when we (oops) left ours in the room five minutes after we arrived. (Guess our drive took a bit out of us.) Though it was terribly cold outside, the room stayed nice at 60 degrees. The bed was firm, with clean linens, and quite comfortable. Did not use the TV. Ample supplies, except for cups for water. Since we had our own, we didn’t ask for any. Eco friendly, had we stayed more than one night, our sheets and towels would not have been changed unless we asked. USB plugs in the lamps—more places are including these now! 2 thumbs up! There was a refrigerator in the room, but it didn’t get cold enough for our use. Ice bags that we tried to refreeze overnight were only half done. Forgot to mention that at checkout. Breakfast, nothing special there. Very quiet, with easy access to the highway. We slept well! We will return when the need arises. Thank you so much!
