"Great Hotel In Middletown, Ohio"

The Texas visitors rate this Hotel as Great, even if it is undergoing renovation. Everything is very clean, staff is very friendly, breakfast was wonderful. Especially loved our desk clerk, Jeni, who checked us in. She was so friendly and helpful. Loved visiting with her. Hope she gets a raise, as she is a wonderful employee!! Thank you Fairfield Inn Middletown Monroe. We will look forward to staying with you again in August 2024.

"Hospitality Plus!"

You won’t be disappointed and you’ll have a restful nights sleep at the Fairfield Inn in Middletown, Ohio. The manager, Johnny and his staff will make you feel welcome. The beds are comfortable and the linen, blankets and pillows are wonderful. The Hotel is clean, quiet and close to restaurants and shopping.

I didn’t like not knowing that we had to pay to park there after we paid all the money to stay there. They also did not make sure we had clean towels or any of that kind of stuff.

"Great time!"

Location was great, close to everything. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Evening shift desk clerk was fantastic and very helpful.

Only issue we had were the kids that got kicks out of knocking or kicking our door once every night while we were trying to sleep. I half expected that though as there were 2 different sports teams staying there while in town for tournaments. Not a big deal. We did enjoy watching the kids raise hell and have fun in the pool. Brought back memories of our kids when they were still young. We really had a great time and will be back next year.

Needs some updating. Shower head sprayed out the back and wallpaper was coming off the walls. Hinges on bathroom door were rusty. Needs an update.

Hotel was run down from when we were there 4 years ago. Holes in the walls, lots of exposed drywall, wall paper falling off.

"MIXED REACTIONS "

For the price, I would pass on this hotel. It’s in major need of updates/fixes. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, bathroom door was patched with caulk. Breakfast? We passed. Staff was very friendly and it’s convenient to restaurants and I-75.
