Front desk staff was super nice!

Not many food choices, rooms are getting updated, but some of the work in my room was of poor quality. Asked for another bed sheet to put over bedspread so my dog would not ruin bedspread. Never got it. No hot water in the shower. Construction going on, for over a year now. Some rooms are updated, many are not or in the process. I picked it because it would allow a dog. Thankful for that.

They are remodeling. Our room was great. Slot going on at one time. Can’t wait to come back when it’s done. 😊

The renovation is still underway. But the room I stayed seemed to be fine.

Breakfast wasn't that great.

The ac didn't have a diffuser cover so the cold air only went onto the side of the bed by the door. We did not stay at this property because of this. Left and checked into the Hampton Inn in Williamsburg, Ky. I would not put my dog in this place!!!

The location was great, off the expressway for a one night stay. They are improving the hotel with new remodeling.

The rooms are being remodeled so there are a lot of construction materials around the property. We were assigned a newly remodeled room. The construction details/quality could be improved especially in the bath area (shower/tub, caulk, fixtures, etc)

Absolutely terrible—filthy rooms, rude staff, no service at all. Worst experience ever, too bad it’s at good location. Avoid at all costs!

A quick overnight visit on the way to vacation destination. It was quiet and comfortable although there’s major remodeling going on the front desk clerk was super nice and helpful.

This is a motel - 3 floors, no elevator. They could not accommodate us on the 1st floor, so my mom and sister with limited mobility had to struggle up the stairs that were encrusted with bird poop. We skipped breakfast as that would require even more stairs. The floor in the room was dirty and the pillowcases seemed clean, but were stained.
