Breakfast was very disappointing nothing but coffee and waffles no toast bagels jus yogurt fruit

I got in late and they were painting and making noise very early. The smell in the room was terrible.

The location was good. The view was good and it looks like you’re trying to update.

Great location right off the interstate and a very peaceful stay.

Do not stay here if you want a hot shower! This hotel has management problems. We have been here all weekend and haven't had hot water. We had this problem in certain rooms last year. We are building a house close by and have been staying here on weekends for the past 2 years while we build. I called the front desk last night. He told me he would check it. I had let the water run for 45 minutes before I called. I let it run for over an hour afterwards and still no hot water. I went to the front desk and spoke to management this morning. She says they have copper pipes and the water doesnt get hot in the winter. It was hot when I washed my face and hands this morning. I call bull crao on that one. I think it's on a timer to save money. Its only October. It will only get worse in the winter. Last weekend we turned our towels in and didnt get any back. They said sorry, they didnt have any more towels. Weekend before the coffee pot and hair dryer didnt work. The GFCI was tripped and wouldn't reset. We had stayed in the same room 3 weeks before and it was torn up then. Some rooms the ac works good, some they dont. They've just had a fresh remodel, but they dont fix anything that is broken. If they cant afford to pay for hot water, buy towels and fix little things....they need new management. It is close for us, but Im not going to continue to pay $400 to $500 a weekend for 2 rooms when I cant take a shower or go to the bathroom. Its a hit or miss one what will work or what you have in each room. Its the only hotel in Jellico and rhey know people do t have options. So stay at your own risk! The front desk employees on 2nd shift are wonderful. I just feel sorry for them having to deal with those conditions every day!

Only thing good was lots of parking and a McDonald's close by.

Front desks doesn't even open till 3pm so if you get there early you just wait in the car. Flooring was very bad, like they laid down cheap vinyl flooring on a bad floor. Very uneven you could cut your feet on the bad spots. No bath towels or tub floor ma for the shower. Shower curtain was moldy. Floor was so dirty my feet got dirty after the shower.. Then, onto of that they charge $100.00 deposit for a dump. Forget it. Won't stay again and won't recommend ever.
