El hotel bastante bien en general, lo único es que el cuarto que nos asignaron era un poco ruidoso porque estaba junto a la entrada de la cocina y enfrente de una fuente/cascada. La ubicación inmejorable.

Our stay from start to finish was excellent! Our daily breakfast that is included was so delicious! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! Location perfect!! We stayed in Villa Franca, the bathroom is huge, well appointed!

The hotel is located perfectly near the centro histórico, the room and architecture of the hotel were amazing as well as its people and their service. There are a lot of steps but they have an elevator
