There was a hole in bathroom wall , hole behind bed, the light on wall u turn on wouldn't wires were exposed and also on ceiling there was no battery in fire alarm there was dirt and stains on walls , we went to shit bathroom door the door handle fell off in our hand, we had 3 adult 2 children weren't able to shower only had one towel handrowl and washcloth, towel hand rowel stained with brown stuff the toilet u sit on it was like it wasn't bolted down, floor was sticky was so Un I don't know how to explain we wouldn't even sleep under the sheets or bring any stuff we had inside. The hotel ne3ds to be updated, we did booking stated bteakfast only had coffee never asked how out stay was when we checked out sourending in hotel n around was so bad

They have mice traps in the hotel rooms and Roaches need to have an exterminator come out….

Rented this room thinking it looked like the pictures. Ummm no, looks are very deceiving. Got there after a long 12 hour drive. Super dirty, bugs, dead mouse traps in rooms. Smoke in rooms. There was blue stains on the floor in the room, looked like blood from a crime scene. DON’T GO HERE!!! You’ll need a tetanus shot after and a scolding bath. My family and looked at 2 separate rooms, and neither of them both were disgusting. Old couches outside of the hotel, trash everywhere. My family left and went to another hotel that night. We did not feel safe at all.

Roach droppings on the floor, roach found in room. 1 set of towels at check in and still dirty, not cleaned. When asked front desk for more towels I was denied until I persisted. Room services asked for the next day for a new clean set of towels and was never done. Floor was dirty that 2 minutes of walking caused our feet to turn black. Flush lever on toilet falling off. No toilet paper roll holder, roll was ontop of the toilet. Only 1 roll in the bathroom. Toilet seat loose and not correct size. Water pressure was weak and difficult to wash hands. TV is old and antiquated, advertising “HD LED TV” is laughable when the unit is from 2008 and the channels are in standard definition. WiFi too slow to use. Beds were advertised as queen but very narrow. Electric outlets are lose and don’t hold in chargers very well. Sliding curtains falling off wall and won’t close properly. Bed side lights are just the bulb and no shade or diffuser. This is not fault of the establishment but tenants are loud and inconsiderate of other guests in the middle of the night. Positives: cold mini fridge and working microwave. AC heating and cooling works well. Bed reasonable comfortable to sleep on.

Worst experience ever!!! Roach coach we asked for non smoking ended up in a room with ash tray and the smell of weed was intense had to leave the door open to air out thw room. All night long people arguing and slaming door at 2 am some one knocked on our door felt unsafe will never stay again did not have money to get another place blankets paper thin bed hard as brick sheet on one bed had blood stains tub dran has soap residue and hair in it disgusting and the water pressure had to fill the ice bucket to flush toliet sing barely enough water pressure to wash your hand and brush your teeth microwave dirty and did not work to heat up food absolutely worst experience
