Room smelled of smoke, there were cigarette burns on comforter, the sheets had dirt spots on them, found a curly black hair in bed, the tub was not clean, there was some kind of white stuff built up in the AC vent. Oh and cockroaches running around in parking lot. Needless to say we went to office and requested a refund..which we haven't gotten yet. Was a horrible experience

A primeira impressão ao chegar é o cheiro terrível de cigarro no quarto. O chão muito sujo, não é possível ficar com os pés descalços tamanha a sujeira. Locamos o quarto para 4 pessoas, haviam 2 toalhas. O primeiro dia só foi trocado as toalhas, os seguintes, nem isso teve. Muito barulho nos corredores e sujeira por parte dos hóspedes no arredor do hotel.

What 🤬 breakfast? A coffee machine and a broken juice dispenser is not breakfast.

Here’s the list: 1. Bare floors. 2. The bare floors wee not cleaned. In fact, our shoes would stick to the tacky surface. 3. The a/c was difficult to operate and very noisy. If interrupted sleep. 4. The mattress was much too high off the ground. 5. Not much in the way of toiletries. 6. Breakfast was non-existent.

Service was bad washtowel were not returned after they pick them up. No bad service
