Obviously the excellent location. Despite being on the main square, it's slightly set back and very quiet. Our apartment overlooked an inner courtyard. There was an elevator, unlimited hot water (don't take it for granted in Eastern Europe!), and a spacious shower. No tea, coffee or basic toiletries provided but we knew this beforehand and it wasn't a problem. There are two big supermarkets nearby, and plenty of cafes and bakeries downstairs.

I wouldn't describe it as a luxury apartment, sorry. The furniture is cheap, old and damaged. The broken mirror at the foot of the wardrobe is particularly dangerous. Generally, it didn't feel well maintained but most importantly, it wasn't clean. Our socks picked up lots of hair that wasn't ours, and some of the furniture wasn't clean on the inside. We found discarded vapes previous guests had left in the bedside drawers, and dirty glasses in the kitchen. I also dislike the two single duvets on a double bed, I guess they're okay if you're considering divorce? I could have contacted the host for an extra clean but honestly I didn't want to spend the little time I had dealing with this issue.
