Paid in full before arrival just to be told that a resort fee still needed to be paid at check in which was not stated online as well as the price that was in the computer did not match the total price of the room that I saw online at all. It rained and had heavy wind which came into our room due to faulty window seal

The bathroom was the only semi cleaned room in the hotel.

The room was filthy. It had blood on the bed, old dirty sheets. The room had bedbugs. The night manager was of no help. He was in the room asleep when we first got there. We asked if we could get a new room because of how dirty the one we had was and he didn't even want to accommodate it. We filed a complaint through booking.com and wasn't even able to receive a refund. We were told there was literally nothing they could have done for us.

The guy there told me that i had to pay a extra $95 as resort fee. At the end i ended up paying almost 300$ for a disgusting motel. Just the outside looks s lil nice but the room are disastrous.
