EVERYTHING I COOULD NOT EVEN GET A MANAGER ON THE PHONE TO HELP SWITCH MY ROOM THE PERSON I TALKED TO WAS RUDE AND HING UP ON ME BOOKING CLAIMED THEY WOULD SEND AN EMAIL FOR ME TO SEND PHOTOS SO THEY COULD FIX IT. I NEVER GOT THE EMAIL

the staff was rude and room was nasty I was asked to pay 1472 when i booked threw Booking.com it’s said 987 with resort fee and taxes included then I left a review after my stay on Tuesday I was booked to stay Wednesday to Sunday also Thursday around 5 pm the mangers flunkie came and knocked on the door the owner asked us to leave the property and still charged for the whole stay I did not brake any rules just because I left a honest review

I booked threw Booking.com 7/27/22 to 7/31/22and when i arrived it said my total with resort fees and taxes was 987 and I was made to pay just over 1400$ and then I left a honest review on Thursday the 28th the opener didn’t like my review so he made me and my wife leave and offered no refund for the days he kicked us out what a low life piece is @@@@he is I hope nobody ever spends a $ here with out reading any of the reviews that are all the same scammers

"Cheap and dirty."

There was a coined operated washer and dryer outside my room which I was able to use to wash clothes. That's about the only positive.

The cable tv didn't work. There was no ice machine. The room was dirty. The pipes from the bathroom in the room above ours were leaking and it dripped directly onto the toilet in our room through a light... very dangerous. The towels were old and dirty looking. It was not a very nice hotel.

"DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY "

I checked in and 5 minutes later, I checked out. Room smelled like ppe, stains on the sheets. Bathroom was disgusting.
