Friendly Staff & Very Helpful. Rooms, Location & Parking All Great.

Breakfast Was Very Limited. Need Real Food, Like Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Cereal & Juices. To Much Bread Items.

We came to Nashville to enjoy the CMA festival. We were greeted by a lovely guys to swiftly checked us in which was kind as we had just arrived after a long travel day from the uk. We arrived to our room, lovely but very dated, as was all the hotel. But everything was useable and partly clean. Ladies on the shuttle bus are friendly but like to moan about each other. But please note this shuttle does not run like we were told, the timings are a little hit and miss which was a little disappointing. We used the app Lyft as suggest to us when we got to Nashville airport. (Cheaper than uber) but rather frustrating as we knew the hotel had a transfer service but didn’t do runs late enough we felt coming back from town. Free coffee, tea and water facilities in the lobby in the morning which is nice. Especially after long days and early mornings!! We had a pleasant stay but the only thing that we can’t forget it that when we went to check out, the receptionist told us we had a balance to pay, we were not made aware of this when we checked in and didn’t have anything paperwork wise that they were also asking for. This unfortunately wasn’t clear when checking in so just bare this is mind. We did state that we didn’t sign anything and were not told and they managed to rectify the problem, so thank you for this. For our last couple of hours we went for our last walk around broadway. And we were able to leave our bags behind the reception which was very kind.

War ein schönes Hotel. Mit Parkplatz aber zusatzgebühr von knapp 22 Dollar , das war nicht angegeben bei der Buchung. Shuttleservice war gut bis zum Broadway. Zimmer ganz okay. Der Aufzug war toll mit Glasfront Richtung Skyline .

Die Zusatzgebühr fanden wir nicht so toll ,ohne Ankündigung Und der Herr am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Der Shuttlebus war Sonntag leider nur bis 18:30 uhr .

Checked in, went to room, it was not cleaned from previous guests. Beds undone, also did not look inviting to stay due to not being updated in a long time. Went back to desk, stating our issues and that this is not a place to our liking. Fees were refunded.
