Reasonable price and well located in Sant’ Agata. The room was comfortable and had all that was needed.

The restaurant downstairs was very noisy at the weekend. The rest of the apartment had not been cleaned after previous guests. The recommended WiFi did not function.

Can't say what I liked as we did not manage to get to the place.

The instructions to find the property lacked a useful map. Approach by car failed (it later transpired it is only on foot.) The approach road suggested by Google gps has a hard printed permanent sign saying that only residents can use it, Google is wrong. Plus the bends of said road are narrow at right angles even in a small car you have to reverse/advance several times to get around the bends of which there are two. The owner failed to provide a useful map of how to find a parking place in striking distance to the property. Plus there were several road works in St Agata, thus it was even more difficult to find the right place from an alternative direction. Interestingly enough the same road that was "for residents only" was not barred from the opposite direction. But by that time we got fed up as the owner was not very helpful in providing directions despite multiple exchanges via whatsapp. Eventually found a hotel in Caserta but were refused a refund by Booking.com. Rather disappointing and unfair, but it's the laws of the jungle out there .
