Great breakfasts

The whole reason I wanted to stay here was because it said the room I booked had a fire place. I stayed at another Residence Inn in Nashville and it was all around wonderful. So, false advertisement there. The bar to help lock the door, was wobbly and would not help secure the door. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the studio. There was hair on the bathroom floor and they hadn't dusted for awhile the TV stand. The room smelled really odd. Anyone i saw outside was only there because they were walking their dogs. As little as my room was cleaned, I don't think they cleaned well enough to get rid of dog fur. I'm allergic to dogs and didn't realize how many stayed here. The bottom sheet was so thin, you could feel the huge pilling all over the mattress. It was a very hard mattress and I slept maybe 2 hours. I was very frustrated and extremely upset how everything was. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and probably the brightest spot on the whole property. I will never go back there again. If canceling my stay and getting one down the road I usually stay at and love, wouldn't have cost me a fortune, I would never have stayed.

The oven was dirty, pots and pans were dirty as well.

Older “generation” Marriott property. Not as much privacy as with newer 2 bedroom suites. Friendly employees. Living room furniture needs to be replaced, not very comfortable and showing some age.

The gentleman that worked late evenings was exceptionally helpful and always cheerful.

Staff gave room away without any notification. Made no effort to remedy the issue.

I didn't like the cleaning service. They didn't come when they were supposed to and when they did they didn't do everything that they were supposed to do. Other than that I like the hotel. It was convenient to the restaurants, malls, and Kentucky kingdom. I would recommend it to others.

The property needs a total renovation. Had to be movers 3 times. First room remakes of cigarette smoke and the closet door was falling off. Second room didn’t smell but the AC did t work. The third room had a little smell but at that point I wasn’t moving again. The carpet is filthy, I asked twice for someone to empty trash, pick up and deliver new towels. No one ever did, I just went to the office to get clean towels and new soap. The containers is the bathtub we’re empty. Either renovate or close the property. There was also no forks, knives, or salt at the breakfast.

It was very quiet in my room. My room was huge. I lived the spacious layout. The black out curtains were a great addition.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen made meals easy. I definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Louisville area.
