If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I stayed there on and off for the past few weeks while working. I had to put down a $150 deposit. When it was time to get my deposit back I only received $89. When I called to inquire about it I was told I was charged for a night I did not stay nor book. April (the manager I’m assuming) then told me there was nothing she could do because corporate would think she was stealing. She did not comp a night nor refund the money that was stolen. I had to stay one more trip and when I called back to see if I could get the night I paid for with my deposit I was told no because when I left a dog had pooped in my room. I do NOT travel with dogs the employees know this and told April that as well. And if I needed to stay again I would need to pay ANOTHER deposit when they already stole a nights worth of money from me. It was disheartening considering I did my best at keeping everything nice, even changing out light bulbs during my stay. Do NOT stay here. Someone is stealing money and making false allegations.
