"Beyond outdated"

Run down! This hotel should not fall under the Marriott Bonvoy brand. The room was beyond outdated and run down. We opened the freezer and the ice maker looked like it had never stopped in days- overflowing. Clearly housekeeping had not opened the freezer in a long time. The couch was squeaky and sunken. The bathroom door was old wood and you had to push it shut which was loud. I do NOT recommend this hotel and I am just disappointed because had I known it was this bad I would not have asked my dad to book a room as well nor I as to not have a pleasant stay. Bonvoy should do better to be sure their properties are up to par.

Nice experience

In listing shuttle to airport was available. Upon arrival, hotel stated shuttle no longer available. Therefore, we had to call uber which round trip cost us $40.00 that was no expected
