Management was extremely nice. The property literally has trash all over the place. The rooms smell like smoke. It was very gross, and felt unsafe.

Property needs severe updating, lacked key communication of amenities at check in.

Expedia, you should stop offering this hell-hole of a property. We stayed all of one hour and then left for a nearby Hampton Inn where we felt safe and didn't fear contracting illness. The only reason this property has a decent (and deceiving) overall score here is that it continues to factor in old scores from years ago when the place was not a house of horrors.

Area and room was nice

I went to get coffee came back and housekeeping already came in and cleaned room with my personals still in room then told my husband when he came back that room clean and he couldn't enter. We still had 2 hrs until check out(12:00pm). Then the manager wasn't very friendly or helpful didn't even want to compensate for the inconvenience if we pay almost 100.00 dlrs to stay until check out then that's what it should be no matter what was left in room housekeeping had no business in room at 10:30am Very disappointed I won't visit again. Still waiting on my deposit.

What was good was the size of the TV and access to channels. The room was non-smoking yet smelled of smoke. There were not kitchen cookware. Burn markings on carpet, which needs to be replaced immediately. The bed sunk in and the outside was extremely trashy. Beware!
