Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Wichita

I’ve stayed here multiple times and all were great. This last stay our tv did not work properly and our other room the heat was not working but overall I would stay here again 😊

Desk was very impatient and pushy, carpets and walls badly torn up, microwave waiting to explode. People roaming and knocking on our at all hours of night felt like being in the slums!! Would not recommend to anyone we know!

Breakfast doesn’t start till 7:30am

Easy access off the highway. Room did not have hot water or heating system that worked.

the room diffently could use updating, the carpet was awful, the coffee pot didn't work. The location was fine, it has the potential of being nice, with a little TLC

Room was dirty and dated. The mattress was stained and needed to be replaced (saggy and soft, despite a box spring being underneath), box spring was torn and bed clearly hadn't been moved in a very long time for cleaning. The sliding door didn't close properly and whistled loudly all night due to high winds. Carpet was dirty-we were afraid to walk barefoot on it. It needed to be vacuumed as well as shampooed. The wifi didn't work-the signal was too weak. The room had clearly been damaged in some places on the walls and bathroom door, and while no holes remained the patchwork was not completed. The "breakfast" was basically muffins and white bread. I did mention the condition of the carpets upon check-out and was told that I should have asked for a different room right away. How about the cleaning staff clean the rooms properly to begin with?

The property was fine. The only problem is that I am still waiting for my deposit to be credited back. Most hotels do that immediately these days, there's no reason this property can't

I have stayed here many times but i had never been to this part of the hotel it was run down it was missing a night stand, and other furniture that we normally get with the room. The service was good it was just the hotel itself didn't like this room.

Wow! Totally not what i expected. The carpet was threadbare and the tackstrips were sticking up. The shower had some weird brown stains in the bottom. The patio door was cracked. The room door was hard to get latched. Closet door were off the track. All the furniture was stained and torn. Extremely disappointing.

This property was not well kept and the room was unimpressive. Pictures were broken and curtains looked like they had been chewed on by a mountain lion. Doors that were broken were patched and not replaced.
