It needs to be maintained better. We slept in the first room with fleas and the staff was not helpful at all. We had to go back and forth to get the supplies that we needed. The room was set up for one person and not 3 people. The couch bed was uncomfortable and they didn’t set up the bed. This hotel is a disaster and flea bag. I wouldn’t stay if I were you. The staff were not friendly at all. I would give this place zero stars.

Very worn. Many, many little things: deadbolt didn't work; toilet was running constantly even after I reset the flap; bathroom door handle falling off; one upstairs bed had sheets with red spots on them; air vents and returns needed serious cleaning; decent kitchen and appliances but only 3 mismatched spoons/forks and 2 knives, and no cooking equipment at all--if that's all that's supposed to be there, don't advertise it as a kitchen; king bed is unmanageably high, and the frame is just flimsy metal just exposed, no skirt; loft bedroom had 2 beds, but there was one headboard wall-mounted between them with bare walls where the headboards should be.

Relatively cheap and close to Wolf Trapp.

Old and dated. Nothing redeeming about surroundings—no handy places to walk. If you needed to do some cooking during your stay (I did not) there really aren’t pots/pans/utensils to do that, even though there is a stove and refrigerator. Defeats the purpose of your stay.
