Room was noisy.microwave was broken tv didnt work properly, the bed was broken, no towels in the room

our confirming email said we were getting a roll-in shower room. None were available when we arrived!! the rrom we were switched to had a typical tub but when we requested a shower chair for my handicapped wife to use in the tub, none were available so she could not shower during our entire stay. The pathway from our room to the breakfast area had steps with no railings for my wife so we couldn.t walk there, had to drive to breakfast, no tissues provided in room. the garden areas around all the buildings only had weeds growing in them. That's enough

It was near the metro and Wolftrap

Our room was listed as a non-smoke room but it had an odd, smokey smell.

Smells like bug spray, toilet water ran all night.

Great location relative to Wolf Trap

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived- 2 hours after check-in time. Clerk said it was and sent us there. There were some items in the new room that appeared to be left behind from other people, that made us question how well it was cleaned at all. These items included a European electric outlet adapter and a nice pink bra!

Principalmente el personal muy desagradable me llamaron a mí habitación a las 1:00 am para preguntarme acerca de mi ID después nuevamente lo hicieron a las 5:00 am ya no pude consolidar el sueño en recepción nunca hay nadie espere más de 10 minutos para tener respuestas de ellos ya que siempre están en la parte de atrás del mostrador entiendo que esta un timbres por si solicitas algo pero la atención al cliente siempre es primordial

It was very spacious and clean! The dishwasher was a nice add on.

I wish there was a baking sheet, but I understand people take things that don't belong to them. The room was very clean, but needed a little face lift. Just some paint touch ups.
