Cleanliness, elevator is smooth

During my arrival there were no personnel in the front office, because the assigned person is just sleeping, so the guard woke her up

Aircon was not properly working . room has a smell and bathroom are dirty.

Helt ok för priset.

It was nearby to the Cebu CFO office building. Also near to lots of food and amenities. Aircon worked great, old and filthy though. Fridge also worked great, would freeze the water bottle in it, but also an older and dirty.

Well, they do not take credit card charges, they pretended that my card declined. (It did not attempt to charge it, nor did my bank receive a request). I found a sign later that said they only take cash or bank transfers... So if you do go here, at least bring extra cash to pay for your stay. The room was old, felt old, smelled old, 7 plus year old TV, so no Netflix or anything, the light bulbs were dated on 2019 so all the lights were super dim, the armoire smelled of something bad, but couldn't tell what. The Wi-Fi wasn't even in the room, only worked in one corner of the apartment and was pretty slow. Then the final part was the 5 cockroachs I killed all over the apartment, unacceptable! I had no food in the apartment to attract them.
