"Quiet, calm stay with very easy access via the metro"

This hostel is lovingly cared for. It is in a 150 year old building with original Português tiles. It was very quiet (on a Monday night). The room was large with a (queen ?). The bed was unbelievably comfortable with great bedding. There was an outdoor balcony with an old fashioned clothesline so I could hang my clothes out to dry like a local. The people were very friendly, kind and helpful. Next time I am in Lisbon I will stay there.

Amazing service, the staff was super friendly and we could even borrow the private umbrella from Julia! The bed was incredibly comfy and the room spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom system was actually pretty cool, too. There are no usual hostel bathrooms with several showers and sinks in one room but separate bathrooms with everything in one room, just as if you were at home. With 4 bath rooms, we didn’t experience any waiting times either :)

A bit of noise from the street but if you close the windows it’s fine :)
