I liked leaving. The young lady that checked me in was really nice. There were a lot of food options near by. They are also very close to 99 freeway for easy traveling.

Everything, but was refused a refund from them or BOOKING.COM. The security gate was broken and I'm sure not on accident. There was a huge hole in the wall next to the tub that I used their dingy towels to stuff during my stay. It is literally like living in the projects. People were hanging out all night playing music loud from their cars, children and dogs running around outside all day and night, people keeping their doors wide open just cause. There were broken down vehicles parked in the back. As soon as I finally was able to get to sleep, the power went out at 3:30am and wasn't turned back on until around 4pm. So 12 hours without power, Owners refused refund or even bill comp so I could go to another Hotel that had electricity. I was livid. Then the TV never came back on even after the power was restored. The owners were mad at me and others for complaining like this was acceptable. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I'm just glad that I was only booked for 2 days.

Muy mal sucio la cama tenía unos aretes adentro como que no cambian las sábanas mucho ruido y luego se fue la luz y no cervia el calentón

Is was in a very scary area. Very noisy. Racing and loud autos, people yelling outside in parking lot all night, people smoking weed in parking lot,was honestly scary night

Big room

Strange surroundings, weird people going around in the middle of the night, didn’t feel safe at all (we were located on the ground floor). Also, there was a living cockroach in the fridge (ugh!)

Secure location with a fence. Comfortable bed. Roomy

Very noisy other guest. Barking dog in nearby room
