I like the staff and ambience of the hotel. It will be good to provide basic stuff like water in the rooms.

The staff was very very professional and friendly from the front desk to the staff during breakfast. The room was clean and in good shape - breakfast was great with lots of choices - I’m a hotel snob and found this to be just as good as more expensive options… a definite redo - half the price of hotels closer to UDel campus

Dry clean hitel. Staff very professional and attentive to the needs of the customers.

Very disappointing. We stoped by front desk the morning after the first of two nights to say we will be out for the afternoon, so please let housekeeping know they can make up the room. We were told there is no housekeeping unless you’ve made a prior request and we were not on the list. Who knew? Prior when? The nice lady at the desk said she’d make sure we at least would have clean towels - but we did not get clean towels and did not get pods for the coffee maker.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location. I sometimes stay at this hotel due to its proximity to I-95, as it allows me to get on the road faster. The room was quite comfortable and climate-controlled, though I got somewhat cold during the day and had to turn off the A/C temporarily. The elevators were probably the one big issue I had. The closest one was out of order, so I took the stairs (4th floor). Not a big problem for me, but I certainly would have used it if it had been available. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended hotel.

My room was nice and was quiet.Breakfast was ok.

Beautiful property. Some parts of the hotel showed it's she but overall, very well kept. It is a pet friendly facility, and we had the misfortune of being the neighbors of a barking dog.
