"Einfach super"

Die Lage ist perfekt , um Lübeck in wenigen Tagen zu erkunden. Herr Timmermann am Empfang war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Da gibt es gerade nichts.

"Alles gut und praktisch, ein Hotel, in dem alles angenehm und unproblematisch ist."

Wir sind mehrmals im Jahr im Westin, deshalb kann ich meiner früheren positiven Bewertung nur wenig hinzufügen. Das Hotel ist praktisch von der Lage. Der Blick auf die Stadt immer wieder herrlich, der Service gut. Die Zimmer haben in der besseren Kategorie eine gute Größe und die Betten sind angenehm, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart.

Diesmal gibt es eine Einschränkung: der Wasserdruck der Dusche war so niedrig, dass er zum vernünftigen Haarewaschen nicht reichte. Und es gab merkwürdigerweise keinen Kühlschrank, was bei der Hitze nicht angenehm und dem Standard des Hauses auch nicht angemessen war. Merkwürdig deshalb, weil wir noch wenige Wochen zuvor ein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank hatten!

"Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem ok"

Zentral nah zum Bahnhof, zur Stadtmitte und dem Zoo

Dusche als Badewanne, nicht zeitgemäß und die Klimaanlage war zu laut und zu schwach
