Villa Can Ameler

The villa was excellent. Really nice location just off the main road close to Sant Carles. We hired a car so it was ideally located for all the activities and sites we visited on our trip. We were made to feel very welcome at the property by Mariano who provided us with a basic tour and some welcome drinks in our fridge….the beer was very welcome after the trip from Scotland. The villa was extremely fresh and clean in all rooms and was thoroughly looked after outside too. Although we did not get to use the BBQ (quite dark by the time we ate) we made use of the jacuzzi and had no issues at all with chlorine (as mentioned by another previous guest). Really great view from the balcony that looked over to the Mediterranean. The villa was easy to find. Prior to our trip we were provided with coordinates which took us directly to it via google maps. Ideally located to visit all the beaches in the part of the island. Approx 30 mins to beaches in north coast and into Ibiza town itself.

No comment as everything was super.

Location close to San Carles village, sea views from the terrace, super fast internet (except one day when it went down in the whole neighborhood).

Sorry but this is not a "villa". It is a house that someone put up for rent for an extortionate price and hasn't maintained very well. Where to even start... the place needs a deep clean and a total refurb. Kitchen surfaces like cupboard doors and handles felt sticky, ants in the kitchen. Completely unappealing to cook there. Spider webs all around the house. Dusty/mouldy/stale smell throughout, my partner and I both couldn't stop coughing. Horrible carpets in the ensuite bedroom which we immediately removed and stashed in the mouldy-smelling wardrobe. Bathroom contains lots of old products that other guests have left behind. Broken patio door which is held together by tape. Broken patio furniture. SO much chlorine in the hot tub it stripped the colour from my partners shorts. It was not pleasant to spend time here - we tried to spend as much time away from the villa as possible.
