"Stay if you want rude staff and no attention to basic safety measures"

Close to airport

The initial staff stared at their screen, did not engage in eye contact and , along manager, as skeptical that the outside door was NOT locked as poster ( I was right by this door) They did move me at my insistence . It was STILL unlocked the next morning

"The place was nice, my staff experience was not."

Breakfast was ok

They gave me the wrong room. It was someone else’s they then wanted to charge me full price for the room again insisting I did not pay and was not charged when your email clearly paid in full. They asked me to show them my bank statement to prove payment as if I was lying and the email I had from you was not sufficient proof.
