"Definition of a handicap room"

Comfortable bed and bedding. Amenities such as breakfast buffet, bar, shuttle, etc

My wheelchair bound husband could not take a shower because there was no shower chair or proper shower head/hose. This was considered a handicap room?

Convenient to the airport for travel

They didn’t tell me about the stay, park & fly packet until after I was checked in, which ended up costing us about $250.00 more than we needed to spend. That was disappointing especially when I stopped in the week before our travel to inquire

A great .location with free breakfast. Staff was top notch even got shuttle service. Many hotels no longer provide this and it is sad. Would recomend this property to anyone looking for a hotel.

Television set was useless, could not get any of my favorite programs. I believe they have poor reception due to being so close to the airport.
